Made for those exact moments, the Bergen coat features a 3L Cotton fabric with true luxury feel and lightweight recycled Thindown® embodied in our evolved DEM™ construction. A balance of lightness, insulation breathability and moisture management hard to beat.
Fit
Constructed for a relaxed and comfortable fit. Normal shoulder width and articulated arms slightly tapered towards bottom sleeve. Generous body length with circumference slightly increasing towards the bottom hem (jacket lower edge). The DEM™ Construction ensures full freedom of movement - and in the Bergen version, with a minimum of cut-lines.

Hermin® Airysector
To find the perfect combination of style, function - but of a true consideration to the environment, we turned to Taiwan. Along with Hong-Kong, Taiwan has set out to become the world capitol for sustainable manufacturing. This particular shell fabric has a 100% Cotton face and backing, with this unique high performing membrane called Airysector. A highly breathability and moisturevapourtransmissive membrane with outstanding waterproofness. Unlike most of its more well known competitors this membrane is also PFC free .
Thindown® Recycled
The innovative, revolutionary, natural and globally patented fabric reinventing the down market, entirely produced in Italy by NIPI (Natural Insulation Products Inc.). THINDOWN® is characterized by a uniform distribution of down that enables the absence of horizontal stitching sections and prevents the passage of cold and leakage of down. Thus, the world’s warmest fabric. All confirmed by leading independent laboratory testing. With SERAC, Thindown® is this year introducing a sustainable version of the innovative fabric made with 100% postconsumer recycled down and recycled polyester scrim: THINDOWN® Recycled, further pushing the boundaries of research in insulation materials. The latest products’ update confirms the strong attention of NIPI (Natural Insulation Products Inc.) towards a sustainable development. THINDOWN® has received the RDS seal, Responsible Down Standard, guaranteeing the product is fully traceable and sustainable. It also received the STANDARD 100, Class I, by OEKO-TEX® certification, its highest classification, confirming the absolute quality and safety of the fabric.
